Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, we can only accept returns on unopened and sealed pouches within 14 days of delivery. If your treats arrived damaged or incorrect, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your Candy Kittens pouches are unopened, still sealed in their original packaging, and within the 14-day return window.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer team with your order number and a photo of the items you wish to return or any damage encountered.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your sweets in their original shipping box and use the prepaid label provided by our team to send them back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
